Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any products, services, or websites provided by EverNext Solutions LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our products.

Products and Licenses

EverNext Solutions offers software products including WordPress plugins, Shopify apps, standalone SaaS applications, and cloud-based business tools. Products may be distributed through our own website, third-party marketplaces (such as WordPress.org or the Shopify App Store), or through authorized licensing partners. Each product purchase or subscription grants you a license to use the software according to the plan you selected.

  • Licenses are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
  • License terms (number of sites, seats, duration, or usage limits) are defined by the plan purchased.
  • Free versions are provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL) where applicable.
  • Pro and premium licenses may be managed through Freemius, Shopify, or directly by EverNext Solutions, depending on the product and distribution channel.
  • SaaS products are licensed on a subscription basis and access may be suspended if your subscription lapses.
  • Marketplace-distributed products are also subject to the terms of that marketplace.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for EverNext Solutions products are processed through authorized third-party payment providers, which may include Freemius, Shopify, Stripe, or other platforms depending on the product and distribution channel. The applicable payment processor will be identified at the time of purchase.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, regardless of payment provider.
  • Refund requests after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • For products purchased through third-party marketplaces (e.g. Shopify App Store), the refund policy of that marketplace may also apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile proprietary components
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense premium products without authorization
  • Use products in ways violating applicable laws
  • Circumvent licensing restrictions or access controls

Support and Updates

  • Paid plans include support and updates for active license duration
  • Support via email, response times depend on plan tier
  • We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverNext Solutions LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Products provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We don't guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State where EverNext Solutions LLC is registered.
